It helps to moisturize and keep your hair looking healthy. Don't underestimate water, but drink it often throughout the day. It's much healthier than other drinks anyways because it doesn't contain loads of sugar or caffeine.

Before you buy something, check the nutrition label and see what's in it, how much fat is in it, how much sugar, and how many calories. Eat lots of protein as well. You get protein from meats, beans, milk, cheese, other dairy, and some cereals.

First off, do those kegel exercises. They may seem annoying, but they will help you when you go into labor. When you do kegels pretend that you are trying to keep in gas or urine. When you contract the muscles, hold while you count to five slowly and then release. Repeat ten times. You should do 5 sets of kegels a day. You shouldn't move your leg, abdominal, or rear muscles when you do them.
