Stronger lungs and heart make for a generally much stronger circulatory system and a much healthier body. As the body does not have to work as hard to circulate the blood it is not as taxed and so can function much better overall without as much energy expended. Because the lungs work better, they are better able to get oxygen into the blood and then to the other organs. Overall better health in all of the parts of the body makes for better circulation.
