In fact purchasing the right kinds of clothes is probably the most important purchase you will make when it comes to buying yoga supplies. When you are purchasing yoga clothes the main thing that you need to remember is that you are going to want to choose clothes based on comfort not looks. In fact many people end up buying spandex for yoga clothing because of how easy it is to move in spandex, there are no restricted movements because spandex actually conforms to your body, which makes it feel like a second layer of skin. Another good thing with about spandex is that it is tight against your skin so it does not drag or slow you down, not to mention it is a breathable type of fabric. When you are pregnant you are bound to have several instances where you are extremely uncomfortable. Pregnancy discomfort is normal because as your body changes, things like trouble breathing, heartburn, gas, etc. all become a part of your life. They are uncomfortable, and can even be embarrassing and inconvenient, but there are a few things you can do to help yourself with relieving comfort.

Discomfort: Nausea and vomiting

These symptoms are common, especially at the beginning of pregnancy, and are often referred to as morning sickness. In order to help with this symptom you want to never let your stomach get empty. If you can, plan light and more frequent meals. This is easier for your stomach to handle, and will keep food in there. Also, do not eat solid and liquid foods at the same time. Drinks should be taken a half-hour before or after the meal, as this is easier on the stomach. In addition to this, be careful about what you eat, avoid fatty foods, fried foods, sauces, and hot spices. These all can worsen the symptoms. If your morning sickness is really bad, then eat something in bed before you get up for the day. Experts tend to agree that if you can eat breakfast 15 minutes before getting up, it can really help to offset morning sickness.

Some people love the idea of bundling up for the winter and sipping hot chocolate in snow fallen weather; while others dread the thought of having to venture outside in the freezing temperatures. The winter season can be hard on many people, especially when the cold and flu season hits. Warding off winter time snuffles can be a tiresome process; those winter colds seem to linger for more than their fair share of time. If you're one of those people who seems to get that ever lingering cold, every year then here are some tips to warding off winter time snuffles.

Keep your hands clean
One of the best ways to keep yourself from catching a cold during the winter is to wash your hands constantly. It may sound a little obsessive compulsive, but if it keeps you from catching what all your co-workers have then isn't it worth it? It's important to wash before meals, after using the restroom (especially public ones), and after touching something that millions of other people have touch, like a shopping cart, or pens, etc. Some grocery stores even offer sanitizing wipes to wipe down shopping carts before you use them. If you're around someone who has already caught the cold then be smart and don't share eating or writing utensils and wash your hands a lot. Another great idea for keeping your hands clean is to carry a bottle of hand sanitizer with you. There are many public places that you won't have the luxury of washing your hands with soap and water; this is a good substitute. Hand sanitizer kills about ninety nine percent of germs.
