Your Morning Stretch

There have been several studies in recent years trying to prove or disprove the benefits of stretching. The results have been that not enough studies have been conducted to draw a conclusion on the issue. Really the only conclusion they have come to is that stretching can be beneficial depending on who is doing it and when it is done in correlation to physical exertion and it can be a waste of time dependant on the same factors. Training for Long-Term

They run longer distances, do more reps, etc. However, what they fail to realize is that endurance isn't just about building stamina. Endurance covers four areas of training. They are aerobic, anaerobic, speed, and strength. Not all athletes have to train in all four, but the athlete who performs the best has a sound basis in each part of the endurance training.
