Getting rid of cellulite
Ok, even skinny girls sometimes have cellulite in those spots like under the butt, on the thighs, etc. So, what can you do to get rid of cellulite?
Well, if you are thin and have cellulite, it is going to be a lot harder to get rid of. If you are not thin, then losing some weight is your first step to getting rid of cellulite. Losing weight can be a difficult undertaking, and so is getting rid of cellulite, but you pretty much do the same thing for both. To get rid of cellulite you need to do three things. You need to eat right. You need to exercise. You need to have a plan. Haphazardly going at it is never a good idea. Before jumping into any diet or exercise plan designed to burn fat and reduce cellulite formation, it's a good idea to consider the following:

First and foremost you want to think about your general health. If you have problems with your health, focus on fixing those before you focus on cellulite, often times the cellulite reduction will come as a direct result your efforts for better health. If overall health is good then you need a smart, well-balanced program that is likely to do the trick.
Secondly, doing something without a goal or reason, a well defined goal is pointless. So, no amount of dieting, no exercise plan, or cellulite reduction plan is going to be complete without a defined goal. So, define one. Set a goal, write it down, put it on paper, and then work toward it. Once you get there, set another goal and work toward that. If your long term goal is to reduce cellulite, start with losing five pounds, getting in shape, getting to your optimal weight, etc. Then, once you have achieved those things, and good health, then continue to work for the cellulite reduction. Cellulite reduction takes a series of little steps. You have to have real, defined, clear goals that help you get to the point where you can worry about cellulite and do something about it.
Next, be sure you do not fall for those claiming to get rid of cellulite with a simple cream or treatment plan. To reduce or get rid of cellulite you have to have optimal body weight, you have to participate in a regular fitness routine, and you have to work for it. Rubbing cream on your thighs and butt does not count as working for cellulite reduction. Those things may aid in your cellulite reduction, so it does not mean you can't use them, just do not plan on having them be your one and only way for getting rid of cellulite.
When you attempt to reduce your cellulite you have to realize that being undeniably thin is not the way to reduce or get rid of cellulite. Being unhealthy is not the way to get rid of cellulite. If you choose to starve yourself, or if you do not give your body what it needs, then getting rid of cellulite is just a process that happens as your body dies. Instead of wasting away, work to reduce your cellulite as you build muscle and achieve your optimal weight. Health and weight are not the same thing. Just because you do not weigh a lot does not make you healthy. Losing weight and gaining flab doesn't do a person much good. So, do some cardio to get the heart healthy, and work to tone your muscles at the same time.
Getting rid of cellulite is a process that will not happen over night, so do not assume that it will, instead put together a plan for diet and exercise. Don't forget to balance exercise and diet smartly. Do not try to do either alone. Also, be sure to avoid the fads that do not promote health, rather promote a product. Look for balances and happy diets, and balanced exercise regimes that will keep you injury free and feeling fit.
Losing weight, burning fat and avoiding the build up of cellulite is a process that doesn't happen over night. With time, dedication and planning, you can get rid of your cellulite, get healthier, and get fit all in one.
