How can I find out my "real age"?
Every person on earth is a certain age. Some people are five some people are eighty-five. This earth is filled with people from every walk of life and from different stages in life. There are little kids who are in elementary school that still do not understand this world and what is out there. There are teenagers who are in junior high and high school that are a little bit more aware of the world around them. There are college students who are beginning to see the world as it is. There are people who are in their thirties, people in their forties, people in their fifties etc. They are grandparents who are in their eighties and nineties. Your mental age may be different than your physical age.
For each age there is a certain point in life that you are probably at. That point can be in school, at home with a young family, retired or in a rest home. These points all come about in accordance with your birth age. They come about according to how old you are in years. If you are five you will be in kindergarten, if you are twenty-five you will probably be in college. All these things happen as you progress in years.

There is other progression that happens in life besides you number in years and that progression has to do with your biological progression. It has to do with how fast your body in aging. You could be a twenty-five year old college student with a body that has aged to a thirty-five year old body. This aging is what you call real age. Your real age is the age that your body has aged to, regardless of the number of years you have lived.
There are different ways to find out what your real age is. Obviously the hope would be that your real age and birth age would be the same or that your real age would be lower than your birth age. If they are the same, that is great. If you real age is younger that means that your body is very healthy and that is a very good thing. There are many tests that are published that are designed to take your life in account and compute your real age for you. If you are curious about your real age these tests would be good to take.
One thing you want to be careful of when doing these tests is taking tests that are not credible. If you are going to take a real age test you will want to take one that is produced by reliable people. There is probably not a huge difference in the tests, but the more reliable person will probably do the best job and give you the most honest description of your age. It is good to find our your real age because your real age is a good indication of your health. If your real age is much older than your biological age there are probably some steps you will want to take to get them closer together. Such as eat a better diet, exercise, etc.
These steps mostly have to do with taking care of your health. You want to eat healthy and exercise regularly, and follow anything else your doctor recommends. These types of things will keep your body young and healthy. They will keep your blood and heart strong. They will keep your body cleaned out and fresh. It will get rid of unhealthy toxins in your body and replace them with good nutrients. If you really want to live a long life, these are the steps you will have to take. The healthier you are, the younger your body will be and the older the age you will be able to live to.
