There is also Smartlipo for those wanting a medical treatment that will last a longer time. This treatment however must be done by a plastic surgeon. Smartlipo uses laser to target and reduce fat cells. This can be costly, but quick. This is a very new procedure, but looks very promising.

Not everyone has a few thousand dollars to spend on reducing the appearance of cellulite. So there is the option of massage. Massaging the skin can relax a body and improve circulation and lymph drainage. This helps with the cellulite appearance, especially getting massaged where there is cellulite on the body. Massage therapists can be found in every town and the expertise varies, so check out a few.
