Improving circulation can also help with other health problems. Improving your circulation can help some of the health problems that you might feel in your back, neck, hips or even your knees. Improving circulation to these areas will help the aches and pains go away. The simplest exercise for circulation improvement for your neck, shoulders and back is to do a flexibility test. This test will have you on your back while lifting one leg and leaving the other relaxed on the floor. Keep the lifted leg as straight as possible without locking your knee joint. While holding this pose you will want to try and pull the up leg forward and closer to your upper body. Start slowly and over time you will be able to pull the leg closer. This pose allows for more oxygen to move through your blood and muscles improving your circulation.
Another good way for improving circulation is to start doing yoga. Yoga is exercise but it is also used for flexibility training. Yoga will help get the blood flow and oxygen moving through your muscles better because of all the stretching that you do in Yoga. Yoga moves are great for stretching your muscles to promote the flow of blood and great for building flexibility which will also help move your blood around. Yogis, or very experienced yoga users, are said to actually control their circulation by the use of yoga moves and postures.
Improving circulation can also be done with the food you eat and drink.
