Managing Your Sleep

The following suggestions will help you take control of your sleep habits:

-Determine how much sleep you require and get that amount as often as possible.

-Use your VCR to tape your favorite late shows, then watch them the next day to get more sleep.

-Use a personalized browser to scan the Internet rather than surfing all night.

-Find the local weather information, sports scores or other news items on the World Wide Web, instead of staying up for the late TV news.

-Get up fifteen minutes earlier than usual to meditate. This is one of the best stress reducers available -- it just takes time.
