Oil free and beautiful skin as easy as 123

Do you want oil free and totally beautiful skin? Well, it's as easy as 1 2 3!
Great skin as a teenager is pretty hard to come by. Let's admit it-there's no way that you can keep all of those zits away all of the time! And the teenage years are especially difficult because you're in a time of life when your body is producing all different types of hormones all the time. And those hormones are activating glands in your skin that produce oil. But don't despair! You can fight the oil and get that beautiful skin that you want with just three easy steps:

1. Exfoliate!
Your skin naturally gets rid of at least some of those dead skin cells. But you need to help your skin along. Getting rid of dead skin cells by exfoliating them off, and you can also get rid of tons of oil, all of that dirt, left over makeup, and anything else that is making your skin break out.
During the summer, you should concentrate on exfoliating during the early summer months because taking off too many dead skin cells will actually make your skin more sun sensitive.
You can get exfoliators for all different types of skin, from sensitive to extra oil. Professional skin care consultants and makeup artists recommend Bourjois Duo Scrub and Baume lip exfoliator for your pucker. Try out Elemis Tri-Enzyme line of skin care for all kinds of different exfoliators for different areas of your face.
If you can't find either of these products, head to your local department store! Estée Lauder has a fantastic exfoliator that is called Thermal-D Microdermabrasion. This exfoliator, like most exfoliators, has tiny little grains in it that will take off all of those dead skin cells and leave your skin glowing!
2. Start cleansing
It's really important that you wash your face on a regular basis using a cleanser that will both take off all of that oil but won't dry your skin out. And this is not an impossible task. The most effective way to get rid of oil is by using an oil-based cleanser. A great product is T'Zerah facial soap or Dermalogica PreCleanse. Then, you can use a gel cleanser that will help moisturize your skin.
If you have extra oily skin, then you will want to use a toner twice a day. A really good toner is Clinique Clarifying Lotion 2. This will help dry up all of that oil that makes your face shiny and causes break outs.
If you are prone to getting breakouts, then head over to Neutrogena. Many dermatologists say that Neutrogena is one of the best products for your skin. They have an entire line of highly effective acne treatments and cleansers that are gentle on your skin while taking care of your oil and acne problems.
3. Moisturize!
If you struggle with oily skin (and who doesn't some of the time, at least?), then you might just think that you should be concentrating on drying your skin out as much as possible. But beautiful healthy skin isn't dry skin! You need to moisturize regularly! While there are some heavy creamy moisturizers out there, you are going to want a light moisturizer that won't build up oil on your skin.
A really good moisturizer is the serum Kate Somerville Quench. Serums are lighter than rich creams. Neutrogena also has some fantastic products, like Neutrogena Summer Glow Moisturizer, which has the added benefit of being a self tanner! Beautiful skin and a great summer glow!
And finally, don't forget to protect your skin from the sun! Make sure that you choose skin care products that have SPF in them so that you can protect one of your greatest assets. And don't load up on makeup-letting your skin breathe is one of the best medicines.
