What are the celebrities doing to stay fit

Wonder what the celebrities are doing in order to stay so fit? Why does it seem like celebs always have perfect bodies, perfect hair, perfect face, perfect skin, and are always in shape? Well, with some work and some dedication, you can also become fit and in shape like the stars.

Think of some of your favorite celebrities: Jennifer Aniston, Matthew McConaughey, Scarlett Johanson, Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, Fergie, George Clooney, and essentially anyone else. What do they all have in common, besides working in Hollywood? They all have fantastic bodies. Now, before you decide that you want to look just like the stars and that you won't be happy with anything else, there are a few things to remember.

Celebrities spend an incredible amount of money on personal trainers and at the gym. They can also afford special chefs who can cook them particular foods. Also, a number of the stars have personal assistants, managers, nannies, and more who can help out with day-to-day responsibilities. Be easy on yourself: you don't have all of these advantages. It's hard to stay on a diet and a fitness plan; it's even harder to stay on a diet and keep an exercise routine when you have to pick the kids up from daycare, you have to do the grocery shopping, you have to put in the 9-5 every day, and sometimes you don't have time to cook a great meal made entirely from organic vegetables. So even while you follow these celebrity fitness plans, be easy on yourself, and remember that in "real life", there are complications and difficulties that celebs might not have.

How to get fit like the celebs

Want to look as good as Gwyneth Paltrow? Here are some general guidelines that can help you get on the road to being as in shape as the celebrites.

1. Set goals that you can achieve and make a plan

In order to have a really effective fitness and weight loss plan, you need to commit yourself to your plan for at least three months. At least three months! If you commit yourself completely to at least three months of eating right and working out on a regular basis, then you will be able to start seeing results.
2. Find a partner to exercise with on a regular basis
It is important for you to have someone with whom you can exercise on a regular basis-if you like exercising with people (some people, like me, actually prefer not to exercise with other people). The celebrities hire personal trainers who will work out with them for each of their exercise routines. If you can't afford to hire a personal trainer, then find a friend who is willing to set up the same exercise and fitness plan as you are. Having someone else to work out with can help you stay motivated. If you don't want to actually exercise with someone else, find someone to whom you can report on a regular basis. Knowing that they are checking up on you can help you stick to your plan.
3. It's time to change the way that you eat
Start eating healthier. Start eating healthier today. Jennifer Aniston sticks to a diet that is made up primarily of fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, fish, chicken, and plenty of whole grains. Try to stick to the 40/30/30 ratio of carbs, fat, and protein, in order to stay mean and lean.
4. Get yourself to a gym
It's time for you to get yourself to a gym. You need weight training, toning, and cardio work in order to stay healthy and to improve your fitness and your health. If you don't like gyms, or if you can't afford a gym membership, then you can rent videos from your local library or look up some exercise plans online.
