One of the main things that attract people to yoga is the opportunity for spiritual rejuvenation and growth. There are many different types of yoga which all focus on the spirit and mind in different kinds of ways. For example, ashtanga yoga also works on spiritual rejuvenation that has been compared to the Eight Fold Path in Buddhism. In addition, tantra yoga is one type of yoga which helps Hindus to find a lot of spiritual rejuvenation. This makes sense when looking at the word tantra, which literally means "expansion." Tantra yoga is also a way for people to expand and study the universal from the perspective of an individual.

One of the ways that people can study the universal in tantric yoga is by expanding their awareness of all of their states of consciousness. Some of the states of consciousness are waking state, sleeping state, or dream state. By being aware of these different states, people are able to identify the different things that influence their feelings and thoughts. After this identification, people who practice tantra yoga will be able to work on refining their thoughts and feelings in these states of consciousness. By freeing the conscious from these limitations, people will be able to have a clearer perspective and expand their mind.

Tantra yoga involves meditation. This meditation usually is practiced by a person who first sits down calmly and clears their mind. The person then needs to sit and focus on all of the life force within his or her body. This life force should then be directed to rise up the spine and finally into the forehead. Afterwards, this life force is directed to move out of the forehead into a body of light. The person practicing tantra yoga is then encouraged to let the body of light expand until it is as large as a human form.

In addition to this meditation, tantra yoga also offers other ways that people can rejuvenate themselves spiritually, primarily through programming the mind. There are breathing exercises which can help people reprogram their mind. In addition, the visualization of vantras and deities can also help people to program their mind and develop a perspective into the universal. This visualization process also helps people to develop a type of relationship with the deity that they are visualizing, which also can lead to spiritual rejuvenation and growth.

Another part of tantra yoga is the repetition of a mantra. The chanting of the mantras allows a person to identify with the divine being that is being enacted, for mantras are a way for people to totally identify with the deity and "become" the deity in a way. Mantras are also used to help give suggestions to the mind. Each mantra is a sound pattern that helps give suggestions to the mind, and the mind is supposed to immediately respond to these chants, which ultimately leads to spiritual rejuvenation.

Tantra yoga has been observed to be a great way for people to free their minds and leave all of their baggage behind. If you have a stressful life or are looking for another way to connect with your spiritual side, then you might want to consider looking into tantra yoga! This way, you will be able to expand your mind and leave behind a lot of the base, common instincts that mankind of prone to (such as anxiety, dissatisfaction, loneliness, and agitation).
