Bathrooms are one of the most used rooms in a home, and thus it stands to reason that they get dirty. However, because you use a bathroom to get yourself clean, it makes sense to have really clean bathrooms. Bathrooms tend to get dirty, and buildup leads to them getting dirtier and dirtier. So, how can you get really clean bathrooms? Try the following tips:

- Clean your bathroom daily. Bathroom dirt and grime builds up, and to get the ever-sparkling, extremely clean bathroom, you have to give yours attention daily. You do not have to deep clean it every day, but taking time to wipe down the sink, the counter, mirror, tub, etc. may only take you five or ten minutes, and will lead to a much cleaner bathroom in the long and short run.
- Use your vacuum. One of the things you find most in a dirty bathroom is hair. So, to help eliminate this problem, use a vacuum and duster. Start by dusting the room from the top to the bottom. Dust off shelves, mirrors, etc. with microfiber cloths. Then, when you are done dusting, use the attachment on your vacuum to clean the tile or flooring of your bathroom.
- Use heat to enhance cleaning power. One of the best ways to make bathroom cleaning products more effective is to heat the surfaces up. This means put some hot water in your tub, and use hot water on tile and counters along with your cleaning product. Never try and clean with cool or cold water. Use as hot of water as you can stand.
- When you clean, use a process. You should use the 4 S's and the R. This is a simple process to get the best clean. It means spray the surface with your cleaner, then spread it with a sponge so that it is evenly covering all surfaces, then let it sit for a while, so that it has a chance to clean, then use a sponge, a non-scratch pad, a toothbrush, or whatever to scrub. Then last, but not least, rinse so that the cleanser that attracts the dirt is gone. In recap: spray, spread, sit, scrub, rinse.
- Wipe everything dry when you are done cleaning it so that it does not develop water spots, or attract any more dirt.
Your bathroom is the place where you get clean, so take a few minutes each day to add a little sparkle to it, and then once a week do a deep clean where you get every particle of dust, dirt, hair, and whatever else you might find. This way you will never get stains on your toilet, or rings on your tub, and you will never have to be embarrassed by the state of your bathroom should you have a visitor use it. The best way to get a really clean bathroom is a little bit of attention each day.
