1-2-3 motivation tips. Tips for motivation, motivation is something that you will have to want. You cannot just decide to get motivated and it just happens you have to decide if something is worth the time you are willing to put into it. If you think it is then that is when you need motivation. Motivation comes from you it cannot come from any one else.
These steps will lead you on your way to being a motivated person. Just remember you have to want it.

1. Develop realistic expectations for yourself.
2. Set your own goals; make sure they are goals you can meet. Also that they are goals you want to meet, because it is harder to get motivated about something you don't really want to do.
3. Develop a positive attitude about what you want to learn.
4. List thing that motivate you to meet your goals like when you meat your goal you get to go out to eat somewhere nice, or something that you like to do to help you get motivated.
5. List reasons you want to achieve this goals like church, school, or work.
6. Make a schedule that you are willing to follow every day.
7. Make a reasonable date that you want to accomplish your project or goal and put it somewhere that you will see it every day.
8. If you have a big goal and you think it is too hard you can break it down into a few little assignments and do it a little bit at a time. All you will want to do is set individualized dates for each little assignment and when you want to have it finished.
9. If this is your first time setting goals for your self than you should start off with easier more simple goals like setting a goal to walk around you block every day for a week, and see if that gets you more motivated.
10. Once you have motivation and courage, you can go on to the more difficult goals and remember to try to not give up.
11. You will want to make sure you have everything that is necessary to complete your goal.
12. If you are having problems ask people that have specialized in your project.
13. Find things that could be a distraction when you are trying to accomplish your goals and find other ways to get around them.
14. Try to find a quit place to work on your goal.
15. Look at your goal sheet every day.
16. When you have made some improvement look at it as you are getting closer to being finished and not how much you have to go.
17. Never say that you are going to wait a few days or a week because that is usually what people say and then they never try to finish it and that is poor motivation skills.
18. Tell your family about what you are doing so that you have support about your goals.
19. When you are finished you will fill a filing of great accomplishment, and it feels great.
20. Reward your self when you have finished to make you fill like you got what you were working for and it helps motivate you for next time.
People try to do things that they know that they won't do. Than when they have to do something they have an easier time to give up or forget about it. This is not a good habit to pick up because, if you do you will always want to give up and that is not good when it comes to work or school.
So try not to start things you know you wont finish, or things that you think are too hard for you. After you have at least accomplished one goal, you will be ready to have more and you will have the want to finish them. This is because people like to achieve things that make them feel good.
