Love the Inner Child

Are you afraid of what others think of you? Do you want to succeed but don't want to step on toes to get there? Do you find it hard to express you opinion or ideas, often holding back when you could bring a solution to the table? Business is full of people that could be better, but who hold back in the face of fear, or people who have killed their imagination until they are just one more zombie. Your personal life suffers from the same inhibitions.
When you look at a child, they don't suffer from the same fears as an adult. Most children don't care what others think about them. Most children speak before they think and don't have bars on their imagination. Get motivated to release inhibition and be a better you by bringing out the inner child that longs to be free to be yourself.
Step #1: Sing like no one is watching!
The first step to getting motivated to release your inhibitions is to bring down the walls you have built. Guess what? It is okay to be vulnerable with people. Remember that being hurt emotionally by someone else is a choice.
You can choose to care what they think or you can choose to care what you think. You build walls around you to protect you from what others think. If what others think is no longer important, you have no need for walls. There are many activities that can help you let down your walls.
