How being motivated increases your income.

Being motivated helps with lots of things in your life. Motivated people go a lot further in life than people who are not motivated. If you have motivation to go out and get what you want you are more likely to succeed in life. Motivation helps to increase your income because you are more likely to try harder in your job so that your can move up more quickly and earn more money. Motivated people go the extra mile to please their bosses and they also can work on their own without having someone looking over their shoulder to make sure they are doing their job.

Business owners and managers like to work with people who are motivated, rather than someone who needs to be watched all the time to make sure they are doing their jobs. Therefore they are more likely to move motivated people ahead in the company faster than people who need to be pushed to do their jobs. Employees also like to work with motivated people rather than lazy people, it is a lot nicer to work with someone who is motivated to pull their weight with the company so the other employees don't have to do your job as well as their own. If the other employees have to cover for you or do your job then they start to resent you and you usually don't stay at any one job for very long therefore you don't move ahead because you are not with one company long enough to receive promotions.

5 tips to help you start saving money

The typical person brings home a paycheck, pays bills, and spends what is left. Very little is put toward savings or investments. Why? Well, many think that saving money is hard. But it doesn't have to be. let's take a look at five great tips to help you start saving money:

1. Never see it, never miss it: One of the best ways to save money is to have it deducted directly from your paycheck. If you don't ever see it, you won't be as tempted to spend it. So, talk to your work about having money deducted from your paycheck for a tax-assisted savings plan (like a 401(k)). If you are not interested in this, or want a little more usability with your money, consider having your bank automatically transfer a specific amount from your check deposit each month into a savings account. Start at $50 and in a few months double it, you won't even notice the difference.
