Getting motivated to eat healthier

We all want to be healthy and feel good, but we also want to eat cheeseburgers, milkshakes, candy, cheese, mayo, etc. So, how can we get motivated to eat healthier? The following are some suggestions for how you can get motivated to eat healthier:

1. Find some good tasting healthy recipes. If you want to eat healthier, but the food that you consider healthy tastes bad to you, it will not matter what else you do, you can't get motivated. So, to start on the path of motivation to healthy eating, you have to find good tasting healthy recipes, or healthy ways to substitute unhealthy ingredients in recipes you already have and love. Talk to a friend or neighbor and work out a food swap. This way you both only have to cook half as much, and you still get healthy foods. 5. Do some research to see the benefits of healthy eating. If you go online and look up benefits of healthy eating you are going to find more information than you can process in a week. You will find that eating healthy gives you energy and vitality. You will find that eating healthy makes you less vulnerable to disease, including degenerative diseases such as cancer. You will find that eating healthy does so much good, and virtually no bad, and this will help you to get motivated to eat healthy, after all, who doesn't want more energy and less chance of getting cancer?
