How to figure out what makes you happy?
The best way to make yourself happy is to figure out what you enjoy. If you don't know what you enjoy than hopefully after this you will be able to find something that can make you feel joy in your life. Some people don't realize how much being happy can improve you in every way. This is some ways that people stay happy.

Music can help you stay happy no matter what kind of music that you listen to. The only kind of music that can make you depressed is sad or depressing music. A lot of people like to listen to depressing music. If you listen to depressing music and you are frequently depressed try to listen to happier kinds of music that have a beat to them, and that have a faster pace.
Second,
Try to make friends that you like to be around. This can be any kind of friend, a boyfriend, a girlfriend, a family member or any other type of friend. This is someone that doesn't put you down and makes you feel better about yourself. Someone that is somewhat alike you and that you have something in common with.
Third,
So not think that anything or anyone can make you happier. Some people think that things like getting married or having a baby will make them happy but in a lot of cases it makes them more miserable. You are the only person that can do this, and it takes a lot of confidence.
Fourth,
Making yourself confident can be hard in some cases. So making your self look good so that you boost your self-esteem can help you fill happier. When people get ready and do their nails and do their hair and stuff like that, it makes them feel pretty. This is because their are some people that can't tell how pretty they are so a change helps them see themselves a little differently.

Remember not to think something is meant towered you if your not sure it is, most of the time it isn't although you think it is.
Don't make things out to be more than they are, this causes you're self to get upset, just think about what the next step is.

Set goals for your self and try to meet them.
When you are faced with any problems try to solve them with a positive solution.
Never give up on anything you can control, work as hard as you can no matter how long it could take.
Accept that happiness is something we can make happen, it doesn't just happen only by itself.
Memories can help you feel better when you are down.
Close your mind to negative thoughts and replace them with happy ones.
Don't ever judge others, and ignore it if others try judging you they only want something to talk about.
These are things that should get you on the way to having a happier fuller life. Everyone deserves to be happier and you shouldn't let anyone get in the way of that. You have every right to be happy, just remember that you choose. No one else can help you if you don't try and help yourself.
