How to find motivation, inspiration, and happiness within
In order to find motivation, inspiration, and happiness within, do the following:
Meditate. Meditation is a great way to look at your inner strength and find your motivation, inspiration, and the happiness you have within you. When you find a place to relax and meditate, you can look at your inner peace, inner strength, etc. So, spend some time each day and meditate.
Relax. One of the best ways to find motivation, inspiration, and happiness within is to relax. If you let your mind and body get all stressed out, it is impossible to be motivated, inspiration will pass you by, and instead of being happy, you will be stressed and miserable. So, spend some you time each day doing things you enjoy. Spend some time relaxing. If you can spend time relaxing each day, you will be able to get motivated to work hard. You will be inspired to do things you never thought possible, and you will be much happier than you would be if you weren't relaxed.

Make a list of what makes you happy. Part of finding motivation, inspiration and happiness with in, is discovering what it is within you. You will want to spend some time making a list of the things that make you happy. If that is ice cream, funny commercials, your kids going to bed, etc. then that is great. Make the list extensive if possible. Next time you find you need a boost, take the list out then do one of the things. So, if ice cream makes you happy, and you need some joy in your life, then eat a big bowl. Finding the joy within your self is not difficult if you start with the obvious, and expand from there.
Think about your potential, then act it out. Part of finding motivation, inspiration, and happiness within is determining your potential. If you see what you are capable of versus what you are doing, you will be more motivated to do more. If you find you lack inspiration, inspire yourself with the great potential you have in front of you. If you want happiness, then look inside, and see what you are capable of, as you work toward it, and act out your potential, then you will find you are very happy.
Think back to past hardships and determine what YOU did to get through them. One great way to find motivation, inspiration, and happiness within is to figure out what your strengths are. It can be hard to determine your own strengths; most people only look at their own weaknesses. So, take a minute and think back to a time when something was particularly difficult. Then, think about the things you did to get through that time. What strengths did you exhibit then? When you take a minute to think through these things you will find that you are happier, more motivated, and more inspired to be a better person and harder worker than ever before.
If you can do these things you will find that you will have the ability to self-motivate, self-inspire, and be happy just because. That is a very valuable thing to learn to do, it leads to a more fulfilling and successful life with more joy.
So, next time you need some motivation, inspiration or joy in your life, look within. You will be surprised by what you find.
