How not to just dream but actually achieve? If you have dreams and you have always wanted to achieve them than you should try to Wright them down. The best way to organize your dreams is in to a goal sheet.

A goal sheet will help you to have your dreams written out as goals so that you can some day achieve them. The best way to make goals is by writing them down on a goal sheet. A goal sheet is good for many things.


It will help you have your dreams written out where you can see them and in will have certain time frames of when you will want to start and finish your goals, also a idea of how long it could take you to finish them.

How to make a goal sheet?

1. Write all of your goals down and put them somewhere that you wont forget them.
2. Be specific write down pacific dates you want to accomplish your goals like for example 10/2/08
3. Set time aside every day to work on your goals, for example go to the gym from 5:30 to 6:30 every night after work.
4. Write side notes of inspiration to get you motivated, for example I'm on my way to becoming the person I dreamed I always would be.
5. Look at your goal sheet every day and try to accomplish something on it every day.

If you have a big dream and you think it is too hard than you can always make a big dream into a lot of little dreams and do them a little at a time. This usually helps people that are having problems conquering their goals.

If you are having problems getting started than it could be because you need more motivation. If you fill that you need more motivation you can try all kinds of things like getting exited about the end result of your goal, or what people will think of your improvements like loosing 20 or 30 pounds, or getting a new job.

When you have finished your goal sheet than you will be ready to start living your dreams. You will want to look at your goal sheet every day and try to accomplish something on your goal sheet every day so that it becomes a daily routine. Also so that you fill like you are accomplishing your dreams and achievements.

For some people dreams are all that they have and if your dreams are really important to you than it is strongly suggested that you try to accomplish them. Some people put off their dreams so long and than later come to regret it. If you at least accomplish half of your goals you wont have as much regrets when you get older.

Dreaming is one of the things we have control over we can make our dreams come true. A lot of the time your dreams become wishes and when that happens we tend to convince our selves that we have no control over them, but the truth is that we are the only ones that actually do have control.

If you sit around waiting for your dreams to come true it is likely that your dreams will never come true. You have to take control, and make your self want to change your dreams into achievements.

Never let your dreams got to waist try to achieve all that you can wail there is still time left to improve your self, and make some achievements at the same time. These steps should help you to not just dream, but be able to actually achieve your goals.
