How to use what makes you happy to get motivated. This is easy because when you are happy you fill more motivated. See when you are happy and excited than you feel like doing something and you can use that excitement to do anything that you need motivation for. You can even try to jump around to get exited.

The reason that you get motivated from being happy is, because when you are happy you don't stress as much as when you are frustrated and you can work better. Don't try to work when you are frustrated, it doesn't get you any were.


If you are having problems getting motivated try to make your self-happy or exited, this should help you out a lot. Just try to think of something funny or a happy time in your life.

If you are having problems getting motivated, making your self-happy or exited can help you a lot. More ways that you can try to make your self-calm and happier is to try a lot of different things that make people happy like:

 Meditate, if you meditate you will find your self more happy and relaxed. All that you need to do is meditate tell you fill relaxed, this normally takes about ten to fifteen minutes.

 Friends, if you are having problems getting motivated friends can help get you happier and more motivated. Sometimes you need a friend to put you back on track.

 Read, a lot of people find reading a big stress reliever; reading calms you down and makes you think more clearly. This will help you become happier.

 Watch the sunset and rise, this also will make you fill calm and ready to work. Motivation can come from a lot of different things.

 Ride your bike, around your block every time you need more motivation. It really works.

 Ask questions, if you are having problems don't get frustrated just ask someone or look it up on the Internet, this is because you should try to maintain being happy.

 Take brakes, if you cant solve something than take a brake for about five minutes then try to go back and finish it.

 Break it down, if you need motivation to do a big assignment try to brake it down into a few little assignments and see if that helps.

 Play a game, before you start working play a game for a few minutes to relax you.

 Calm down, if you have had a long day at school or work or what ever take some time to relax so that you don't fill over worked.

 Talk with a love one; if you ever have any problems, talking it out can help you solve it. If you are stuck on something ask for their opinion and see if they have a different view on the subject.

Using what makes you happy to get motivated will help you get motivated for anything. When you have a project and you think it is hard just remember to be happy even if you think something is too hard.

Try to convince you self you can do anything, this can help you build confidence a lot of people that have confidence are more happy. So try to stay confident in your self.
