Motivation is a driving force within you that gives you the desire to accomplish goals in life. Different things motivate everyone; it just depends on what is important to you. Implementing motivation theories will help to guide you on the path to success of attaining your goals.
Positive thinking is one of the biggest theories in motivation succeeding. You have to think and talk to yourself in a positive way or else you can get defeated before you even get started. You have to believe in yourself and that your goals are attainable. When you do start to make achievements towards your goal you need to give yourself praise. Every step that you make is one step closer to the bigger picture of what is important to you.

To help you get started, it is a good idea to write down a list of things that are important to you. Once you have this list, you will be able to focus on what goals need to be met and what steps you need to take to make them. Having a visual of what needs to be done is an important part of keeping motivated.
Every action that is made has a motive behind it. There is a reason for everything we do. We eat because we are hungry, we go to work so we can make money, and we watch TV so we can be entertained. There is something we gain out of everything we do. By focusing on what is important to us and using motivation theories and tools to help us out, much can be accomplished.
Motivation is a psychological term that says we choose our behavior according to how much we want or need the outcome to be. People are driven by their needs and wants. There are many different levels of the needs and wants that people have. Here in middle class America a person may work to make money to buy houses, cars or other luxuries. While in other countries a person may work ten times harder and longer just to eat for the day. Both have a motive to go to work, but they have extremely different motivations to do so.
There are many different theories as to what motivates people, but the truth is there are just too many circumstances and changing factors to ever really know. There is not one clear cut answer as to why someone may do the things they do. Only they know in their thinking and reasoning why.
Organizing and focusing these thoughts are the best way to become better. Knowing that you are accomplishing something that you set out to do will fulfill a great part of your self esteem. If you feel better about yourself then you will be able to make a better contribution into society.
Implementing motivation theories and learning all you can about how to become a better you, is a big part of becoming a better society. The more people there are trying to achieve things and feeling good about themselves, the less negativity we will have in the world.
