Here are some little things you can do daily to stay motivated. In order to stay motivated, you will need to have a positive though pattern, or at lease a positive plan in place for the times you feel less motivated.
Before you get down, it is a great idea to keep yourself up on a daily basis by doing these little things daily to keep your spirits up. That way the process of getting motivated will be a steady pattern, instead of having to force yourself up from a bottom mark.

These are daily things you can do to stay motivated, however you can also do these things more than once per day, or when ever you feel like it. There are two different ways a person generally stays motivated. There are internal motivators and external motivators.
Internal motivators are ones that are on the inside. They are ones that a person feels from compliments, good self-esteem, good thoughts etc. External motivators are money, prizes, trophies etc.
You can use a combination of both of these types of motivators to keep yourself motivated on a daily basis.
Stay positive
Keeping a positive thought pattern about what is happening in your life will help you on a daily basis stay motivated. This is because the thoughts you have control your motivation internally. Therefore in order to stay motivated you will need to stay positive.
As you look at what is happening in your life, often times we tend to look at the problems. This will not motivate anyone. In fact these types of thought patterns will eventually make a person very negative and cynical. Let go of the problems, and focus on the positives that you can control.
Make lemonade out of lemons
We all can see problems. We all know life is often times like a roller coaster, some good days, and some bad days. There is the old saying that you need to take lemons and make lemonade. This is very true. Almost any problem can have a result. There are many times we can fix whatever problems comes our way. Each of these problems is usually a also very temporary problem. However, problems do happen. This is where we have to learn to accept that problems happen, and then use our common sense, logic, and positive thinking to change the problem into a motivator for success. This sounds simple, but it does take a little work.
What motivates you?
Find what motivates you, and then use reminders daily of those motivators. Some of us are motivated by money. Then we will get up and do what we need to in order to succeed at getting money. Some of us are motivated by trips, or cars, or toys, using a picture to remind ourselves these motivators help to externally motivate us.
On the other hand, some of us are motivated by responsibility, or need, or approval. This is usually something that is a little more of an internal motivator. Therefore, it will be necessary to look inside, and remind ourselves daily of what we are motivated by.
Rewards
Ok, just say it. "We all need little rewards". This is a very true statement. We all need something that will keep us motivated. Whether it is a hot cup of coffee in the morning, or a favorite CD at the store. You will need to find little ways of rewarding yourself on a regular basis. This will help to keep you motivated. It may be as simple as rewarding yourself with a 1 hour bath, and a good book. Take the time to reward and take care of yourself and you will find that you are more motivated than ever.
These little things are just that, they are little. However, when it comes to motivation, every little thing will count. Motivation is an emotion that comes from inside. Therefore, you are the one who will control the motivation you feel in your daily activities.
