Motivation for getting 30 minutes of exercise a day


Remind yourself about the benefits. A lot of times when you want to get motivated to do something you just need to look at the many benefits of doing whatever it is that you want to get motivated to do. So, make a list of all the benefits that you get from exercising and hang it up on your mirror in your bathroom. Put it on your door, your fridge, anywhere you will see it, so that you remind yourself of it, and so that you stay motivated to get 30 minutes of exercise a day.

Use your skinny clothes. If you want to get motivated to exercise 30 minutes a day, then you have to pull out the big guns, or the little clothes. So, if you have a pair of jeans you have not fit in for a while, and want to get back into, then hang them on your wall so that you see them everyday, and put your goals next to the jeans. You will want to display the size, and know what you need to do to get there.


You feel great. If you want to get motivated to exercise at least 30 minutes a day, then remind yourself how you feel good anytime you do this. Your body may be sore for a few weeks when you start, but then after a while, you are going to start feeling fantastic. You will have more energy, you will have plenty of endorphins so you will be more happy, etc.

You look great. One great motivation for getting 30 minutes of exercise a day is how you are going to look when you exercise. Your body will be trimmer, thinner, tighter, and you will feel better. Not only will your color be better, but so will your complexion. So, enjoy this, and let it motivate you to exercise.

It can be fun. Exercise can be really enjoyable, so let that joy motivate you to exercise. You can choose a friend to exercise with. You can do exercise that you love, like swimming, or like hiking, or something that you love. Whatever it is that you love, make it fun for exercise. For example, if you love to shop, then go to the mall early in the morning before it is crowded, and get your exercise in by walking laps quickly around the mall.

There are plenty of things you can do to get motivated to exercise 30 minutes a day. So, find what works for you, or use the motivational keys listed above. Exercising 30 minutes a day is a great way to feel good, be healthier, and love life. So, find time to get some exercise in each day, just 30 minutes, and enjoy it.
