Tips for becoming the person you thought you would be? First you will need to figure out what that means to you. If it is just changes in your every day life, or if it is some thing like loosening some extra weight. Once you are specific on what you want to change it is easier to change it.

Take some time to figure out what are the changes that you want to make? This could take some time don't think about it all at once take your time.
Think about what you think you need to improve the most.
Think of ways to help you become this person.
Don't be too hard on your self, no one is perfect and every one has dreams they want to improve.
Try not to make this negative experience because this will only make you fill sorry for your self and if you really want to change you life you cant worry about little flaws because every one has their own little flaws that they hate but that is what makes us unique.
Once you know what things you want to change make a list with the most important changes first, so that you can start at those and work your way down the list tell you are satisfied. How to make a goal sheet?
1. Write all of your goals down. You will then want to put them somewhere that you will not forget them.
2. Be specific; make sure to write down specific dates you will want to have your goals accomplished. For example a specific date.
3. Set time aside every day to work on your goals. A good example could be to go to the gym from 5:30 to 6:30 every night after work.
4. Write side notes of inspiration. This is to get you motivated. So, for example I'm on my way to becoming the person I dreamed I always would be.
5. Look at your goal sheet every day and try to accomplish something on it every day.
The reason that goals will help you is because when you have a goal it reminds you of what you want to accomplish. Some people go along in life and never even think about accomplishing their dreams and then when they are old they regret it. That isn't something any one should have to go threw at least if you try to accomplish them you will have a better chance of getting to do some of your dreams.
If you just don't like the person you have become and you are starting to hate your self, than you might want to try taking to a therapist to try to help you find yourself. It always doesn't hurt to make some improvements in your life.
