Tips for instant motivation
Here are some great tips for instant motivation. We all run into those times in our days that we feel a little less motivated than we normally would. This can be cause by a lack of interest in what we are doing. Or it can be the mood we are in at the time. However, what ever the cause is, we can do some little things that will pick us up and get our motivated thinking going again.
Here are the tips that will make it easier to get back into what we were doing, and to be more motivated.

Think about what ever you are working on, one step at a time. This is not always easy when there are projects, jobs or activities that seem burdensome or boring involved. So the best way to get around the boredom is to think about the project or job one step at a time.
Look at the project or job in sections. For example: If you are making a cake, again this is just an example. You will need to first get the recipe. Then you will need to purchase the supplies needed on the recipe. After that you will need to get everything ready in the kitchen for that recipe. After that you will need to combine all of the ingredients for the cake. Then it will be necessary to cook the cake. After that, you will need to take the cake out and let the cake cool. Finally you will need to frost the cake, and serve it up.
The steps are much more tolerable than looking at the entire process all together. There are many different examples I am sure you can think of. The smaller steps make it easier to look at doing a project that does not motivate you in itself.
Tip #2
Plan some special time for yourself. If you are not feeling motivated, you can give yourself a private treat. This can be a date with a special friend, a walk in the park, dining at your favorite restaurant, or a new book. It only needs to be something that interests you.
The treat should be something that is different, fun and something that will get you thinking that it will be worth being motivated so that you can get to that point.

Eat something. If our blood sugar drops, there is a chance of getting tired, feeling down, and definitely not feeling motivated. Have a little snack when you get down. That way your body feels better, and will get your mind thinking well. All to often we as busy people let our metabolism drop, and then we feel weak. This will result in a feeling of lack of motivation.

Take a brisk walk. Getting your body, blood and oxygen going will open up the thoughts in your mind and get you feeling motivated again.
This is important especially for those of us who tend to sit in our jobs or activities too much. The use of walking is a studied and determined function that is necessary for a health living style.

Eat healthy, high iron meals, and supplements. This is important because an unhealthy body cannot produce healthy thoughts. The blood and the brain tend to work together to increase the overall activity. If you are tired, you will think sour thoughts more often.
