Romantic date ideas
Romantic dates are a great way to spice up a relationship. Romantic dates are generally a little more thought out than just any regular date. A romantic date can be a great way for a person to show they significant other how much they appreciate them, tell them they love them for the first time-or the 100th time-or to bring a couple closer together. Here are some great ideas for romantic dates.

Outdoor romantic dates
The outdoors can be extremely romantic. Nature is beautiful and a couple can definitely be brought closer together when enjoying the great outdoors. Some great ideas for romantic outdoor dates include going on a hike and watching the sunset, going on a picnic (make sure to bring candles and flowers), waking up early and having breakfast in the mountains while watching the sunrise, going boating, and taking a drive through a particularly beautiful place. If there is an outdoor skating rink close by, that can be a very romantic date, especially if it is snowing.
Indoor romantic dates
Women who love musicals, plays, operas, symphonies, or ballets know that one of the most romantic dates would be for their boyfriend or husband to take them to one of these great displays of art. A couple could also go to a museum and enjoy a different form of art together. Going to a nice restaurant can be a very romantic date. It is can be very romantic to dress up and have a nice place to go.
Memory dates
Some of the most romantic dates can also be very simple dates. When a couple has been together for awhile, it can be very romantic remembering past dates or past experiences they have had together. Perhaps they could have a date at the place where they first met. Or they could go out to eat at the first place they went out to eat on a date. Doing this can bring back fun memories.
Seasonal romantic dates
A person can really use the seasons to their advantage when they are trying to come up with romantic dates. For example, if the couple lives in a place where the leaves change color in autumn there are some great romantic date ideas that they can do. The couple can take a drive through the hills, forest, or mountains and view all the beautiful leaves that are changing color. Or they can take a hike and see all the leaves up close.
In the winter a couple can drink hot chocolate and make dinner together. There is hardly anything more romantic than snuggling together under a blanket by a fire after dinner. And in the summer a drive-in movie can be a romantic date since they are more secluded than they would be in a normal movie theatre.
In the springtime, a couple can start to spend more time outside after the winter. They can visit a farmer's market together, have a picnic, visit a botanical garden, or star gaze.
With the other in mind
Dates where one member of the couple sacrifices a bit, can be very romantic. As mentioned before, if the man takes his girlfriend or wife to a ballet it can be very romantic. But on the other side of things, if a woman takes her boyfriend or husband to a basketball game or to a sports hall of fame, he can find this date equally romantic.
