Who can join?

Soulmate.com is not a specified dating site for specific race, gender, age, or religion, anyone can join in and make contact. In addition to that, no matter what your membership level you can view the entire database of members, and contact them.

How do you contact members?

Basically once you have a membership you can view and contact online members, or simply send them a message to contact you when they are back online. The site offers accurate searching and interactive matching to make finding the people you are looking for easier. It also offers a safe community environment for chat, etc. in order to make it a more comfortable and secure place to hang out, have fun and meet other people.

How secure is the site?
Members of the site are screened, to verify authenticity. A valid e-mail address is required in order to become a member of this site. You can't activate your membership without one. Can I visit the site without joining?

• Silver Membership: With this membership you get to send an unlimited number of e-mails, read and reply to your messages, listen to voice messages, view video and members' personal descriptions, view full lists of New members, EarlyBird matches, Birthdays, and Online members, and if you need support you are guaranteed a reply from the Support Team within 36 hours. In addition to that you get to keep your e-mails in the provided Mailbox for 120 days, and can search using their search functions including: StarMatch, SoulMatch, SelectMatch, and SensualMatch.
• Gold Membership: With this membership you get everything you get with the Silver membership, but you can also use the SuperMatch search facility, chat using Chatterbox (their downloadable chat system), and call using the call center for low rates. You also get 5 Mb of disc space for additional videos, pictures, etc. for your Media Library, which means you get a better profile.
• Platinum membership: With this you get everything offered with other levels of membership, but get fast Support Team replies (24 hours instead of 36), get even lower rates for the Call Center, and you get an extra 15Mb of disc space for your Media Library. You also get to appear on a featured members list, get priority and highlighting in search listing, your email is highlighted, you get more personalize support, and you can ask the online psychologist for advice. In addition to that you get your messages translated for free.

The EarlyBird matches is a service that allows you, as a web-site member to describe the type of person you are looking for. The "Hot List"

This is a feature that allows you to add member profiles to your HotList. In other words, you add members you are interested in to this list so you do not have to try and find them again. Then it keeps track of the last time you contact them.

The "Block List"

If you find there are members you are not interested in, you can block them by adding them to your "Block List", which means you will not receive notification of emails, cards, etc. from this person. It helps you limit contact with users you are not interested in.
