Tips for better communication in your family. These easy tips will give you an idea on how to build more communication in your family.

Tip one:

Spend more time with your family, because spending more time with your family will build better communication.


Tip two:

Eat dinner with your family. Eating with your family usually builds to conversation. When you are with your family ask how their day was and if anything new happened. There is always something to talk about; you just need to find it.

Tip three:
Do activities with your family, this will give you a time to relax and have fun with your family. Sometimes family gets busy and forget to communicate.

Tip four:

Talk to your family about any problems you have. All people suffer from problems, so if you are having trouble your family is always a good recourse.

Tip five:

Try to spend at least two hours with your family every weekend, if not more. You need to have a good family bond because if you don't you could end up depressed.

What to do if your family refuses to communicate? It is hard to communicate with your family when they refuse to communicate. It is bad if your family don't communicate so these are some tips that might help your family start communicating again.

Tip one:

Put in the effort, sometimes it is hard to talk with someone that refuses to communicate but you have to be willing to try.

Tip two:

Try not to get mad. It is hard to talk to someone that is putting you down and telling you that they don't want to talk to you.

Tip three:

Go to a family shrink, if you think your family has got too out of hand and they refuse to listen or talk to you, then maybe a third party could help you out.

Tip four:

Gain more respect in your family by setting rules or by letting them know you care.

Tip five:

Have a family night, make one day a week for your family to get together and be a family. If they refuse then you can make consequences and see if that gets them to come.

What consequences could you make?

 If you have the money, go out to eat on family night this will make them more tempted to came.
 If you don't ground them and if that refuse to listen then simply take away something that you have control over like the T.V. of a telephone, something like that.
 If you have some money then you could buy them a candy but tell them that they can only have it if they attend family night.
 Try a few different ways to get your family to come to family night and see if that helps.
 If you would like only make family night two or three hours at first.

Don't get mad just make consequences and remember to stick to them. Also if you act like family night isn't that important your family will to so try to stick to it the best that you can.

What to do on family night?

 Go bowling
 Watch movies
 Go out to eat
 Play games
 Go to the park
 Work on homework

Stuff like that but just remembers not to leave anyone out on the fun do it together. This is how to build better communication in your family.
