Play outside. There are plenty of activities in the great outdoors, from skating, to sports that you play yourself, or you can do campfires, hiking, etc.

Put the kids to bed early and make a nice dinner. It is a good idea to make one night a week special, even if you can't get a babysitter, so put the kids to bed early, and make a gourmet meal you eat by candlelight, and snuggle up and watch a show, etc.
